Enabling Public Policy & Infrastructure Award

The Mongolian Spatial Data Infrastructure is a portal where all geospatial data in the country is being cataloged and can be accessed by the public. It was launched in 2004 under the purview of The Office of Land Affairs, Geodesy, and Cartography. Mongolia was selected as one of the six countries in the UNStrengthening Geospatial Information Management in Developing Countries Towards Implementing the 2030 Agenda project.
